Image rights?
DigiMedia Solutions Ltd own the copyright until the invoice is paid for in full, after which the copyright belongs to you, the customer.

Return of Goods?
Your goods will be returned to you on completion of the job. Delivery is charged at standard rates with insurance and service levels to suit.

Delivery of images?
Your images can be sent on CD together with the return of your goods, alternatively, the images can be downloaded from our high speed FTP server free of charge or emailed where possible.

Can we have prints of our images?
Yes- we can provide you with prints of your pictures. £POA.

Insurance?
Please make sure your products are fully insured against all risks.

Turnaround?
We aim to turnaround within 7 days from receipt of goods, however, this can often be sooner.

Does size matter?
Items considered too large by DMS may need to be quoted seperately.

How will the pictures be taken?
We are happy to work with your sketch, or a link to a website or alternatively you can call and explain.

Condition of items?
All products must be in the condition in which they are to be photographed.

Do I need to be in the studio whilst photography is in progress?
The choice is yours. We are happy to liase with you every step of the way as well as send you a proof image via email allowing you to confirm you are getting what you want.

Urgent jobs?
Our 'Speedy Service' guaranrtees a 4 day turnaround from receipt of goods. Please add +40% to total price for this service.

Technical info?
All images are shot as RAW files and are supplied as jpg. They can also be supplied in any format if specified, including tif, eps and pdf for either Mac or PC. Images supplied as RGB files - CMYK files supplied on request.
